Elevator defective? There is a remedy!

With the help of the BVG Muva Aufzugersatz (lift substitute service), you can get an alternative, barrier-free travel option at certain S-Bahn and underground stations if a lift is not available, at no extra cost to your ticket or with a valid disability card by calling the BVG Muva call centre on + 49 30 256 55 555 or via app. Aids such as walking sticks and wheelchairs are accepted. This offer currently applies for:

S1 between Brandenburger Tor and Wittenau
S2 between Brandenburger Tor and Tegel and between Attilastraße and Schichauweg
S25 / S26 between Brandenburger Tor and Bornholmer Straße
S3 / S5 / S7 / S75 und S9 between Hauptbahnhof and Friedrichsfelde Ost or rather Karlshorst
S41 / S42 between Frankfurter Allee and Wedding
S8 / S85 between Frankfurter Allee and Wittenau or rather Bornholmer Straße.
